Refund & Pre-Order Policy

Cancel any time before it ships. Full deposit refund. No questions.

Pre-orders require a $25 deposit to reserve your bottle from the first production run (700 per product). The remaining balance is charged before shipment. If you cancel at any point before shipment, your deposit is refunded in full. We don't need a reason. Email hello@onnor.co with your order number and we will process it.

If we discontinue a product, you get your money back automatically.

If ONNOR cancels the pre-order programme or discontinues a product before it ships, every deposit will be refunded in full automatically. You don't need to do anything -- we will handle it and notify you by email.

If the final product differs significantly from what was described at the time you placed your pre-order, you may also cancel for a full deposit refund.

30 days from delivery.

Once your order arrives, you have 30 days to request a return. Here is how it works:

  • Unopened products -- eligible for a full refund.
  • Opened products -- eligible for a refund at ONNOR's discretion. We will be fair about this.
  • Damaged or incorrect items -- fully refunded including shipping costs. This is on us.

One email. That's it.

Email hello@onnor.co with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will respond within two business days with next steps.

Refunds take 5-10 business days.

Once your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. In those cases, we cover shipping.
