Joining the waitlist is not a purchase. No payment is taken and no product is reserved. The policy below describes what you can expect once product becomes available.
If ONNOR discontinues a product before it ships to you, every payment will be refunded in full automatically. You don't need to do anything — we will handle it and notify you by email.
Once your order arrives, you have 30 days to request a return. Here is how it works:
Email contact@onnor.co with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will respond within two business days with next steps.
Once your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. In those cases, we cover shipping.
